At Hush, your health and satisfaction matter to us. Please read our returns policy carefully:
Hygiene Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earplugs that have been opened and used, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at support@hushplugs.co.za. or click the contact tab and send us an email
- Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- We’ll respond with instructions for return or resolution.
Refunds:
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
